Most of the business forms can file notifications electronically.
Notifications and applications must be filed online with the Finnish Trade Register
From 2026, companies must submit details to the Finnish Trade Register electronically. This does not apply to private traders.

The PRH imposes a fee for late submission if limited liability companies and co-operatives do not submit their financial statements to the Trade Register within eight months of the end of each financial period. The amount of the fee depends on the length of the delay.
