Privacy statements

The PRH and the Finnish Tax Administration are thecontrollers of the Finnish Business Information System (BIS). The PRH isresponsible for the technical maintenance and development of theFinnish Business Information System.

The privacy statement for the Finnish Business Information System describes the essential facts about the processing of personal data. These include

• the data to be collected and their purpose of use
• the rights of those entered in the register
• the disclosure of data to third parties
• the division of duties between the controllers.
