File notifications online at ytj.fi
The Finnish Business Information System at ytj.fi is a system jointly provided by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) and the Finnish Tax Administration.
Companies or organisations should file notifications with the PRH’s Finnish Trade Register and the registers of the Finnish Tax Administration when- starting a business
- altering the business
- terminating the business.
Associations can use the online filing service of the Finnish Register of AssociationsOpen link in a new tab to file notifications with the Register of Associations. The service is only available in Finnish and Swedish.

Who can file notifications online at ytj.fi?
You can file notifications in our online service at ytj.fi if you meet all the following requirements:
- You are aged 18 or over.
- You have a Finnish personal identity code.
- You have personal internet banking codes, a mobile certificate or an electronic identity card (HST card).
Fees
Most notifications to the PRH are subject to a fee. See the handling fees and payment instructions on the prh.fi website.Open link in a new tab
Notifications to the Finnish Tax Administration are free of charge.
